Called to see if there was a specific item on stock and was told that they weren’t allowed to tell me due to security reasons. I’ve called several stores and was promptly informed that the color I wanted wasn’t in stock. I’ve been with att for a while and have never been told that they couldn’t make me aware of a certain color I wanted. Going online isn’t helpful. No one wants to drive out of their way to be told in person if it’s available or not. This store is the only store that follows that odd policy obviously. Customer service is a big issue at this location as well.

Terrible experience. I purchased new iPhone at this location. When I got home I noticed a blemish on phone straight out of box, a small dent/divet on top edge. The paint was smooth over it from factory, so obviously it came like that and there was not sign of recent damage. I literally went straight back to store about an hour after I got the phone and was told that they couldn’t replace it and it was suggested I go to Apple Store. I went there and they were surprised I was told that. Right now my phone is with apple so they can look into it. I’m back using my old phone for now.I contacted this att store again and they seemed to not know what to do. I was told I would have to pay a “restocking” fee if I wanted to switch it. However, no manager was there apparently and they made it seem like the issue wasn’t a big deal.Regardless, it may be a small blemish, but it’s a brand new iPhone and should look like a brand new iPhone.I still don’t have a solution yet. Will have to deal with it again this weekend when I have free time.Folks, I did learn you can buy your iPhone directly from the Apple Store and they can still apply att specials they are offering. That would be your best bet. This store is incompetent and doesn’t understand customer service.

I was trying to upgrade my son's phone. We paid off the remader due and sat there for 2 hours while our sales guy ran back and forth talking to the manager, who never left the back of the store. Long story short, after all that time their system crashed and the sales rep wanted to start over. I'm never going back to this location again!

Ordered a phone online that online says the store has. Order cancelled because store does not have it. Called store to check if they have it in another color. "I can't tell you on the phone if we have that for security purposes." This is messed up. AT&T has absolutely no customer service attitude anymore.

The wait every time is unbearable. They ordered the wrong color iPhone 15 for me and the recent they gave me doesn't specify color. No way to tell until it arrived . When the store is packed with 6 people waiting, don't talk and talk about nothing and football and when you started and college when people are waiting. Thank God I only have to come here every 3 years when I need a new phone.

Colin took good care of me. When I entered the store on Saturday, there was one clerk & a room full of people. Started to leave, then Colin came in and began taking care of folks, 3 at a time. The boy knows what he is doing! And he has the personality to put people at ease and get the job done asap.Colin is my go-to guy!

I love this place Mr. Derrick assisted me yesterday and worked very hard to resolve the issue I was having. He couldn't but, I was still very happy for what he done and will be ordering the TV package when I get to my new job. Thank you for all your help

Employees in this store are RACIST! When you look like an Asian, they will NOT say to you- Hello Sir/Hello Ma'am! When they see a white person - they say- Hello Sir/Hello Ma'am! Worst customer service! My rating is minus 1 or below ZERO! I will try other store next time, I hope they're not racist. Don't go & buy to that store!

Went in because my bill was higher than it was supposed to be and a guy told me it was correct so I left and called customer service and the representative caught the issue and corrected immediately. Lack of proper training of att employees in general and random unexpected charges every month has caused a loss of this customer and im sure many more. Transferring both phones to Ting asap.
