I shopped at this Mansfield location on 6/24/24, as a handicap consumer I felt highly offended today by one of your cashiers or she could have been a "new" manager. I have a hip problem and I came in your store to shop. After using your scooter to shop, I actually purchased several items. After I finished checking out, there was a white female with shoulder length hair she was actually training a new associate that day around 3pm. I didn't get her name.She actually asked me to leave the scooter in the store and go get my vehicle and then come back and get my items out of the store. My question is? Why could I not drive the scooter to my vehicle which was parked in a handicap parking space? She also removed my items out of my cart before I drove the scooter out with attitude like I offended her for being in a scooter. Mind you I heard her tell the customer ahead of me to bring his flat cart back in the store when he finished unloading.My guess is she must be "new" to retail or she needs training on customer service. When I did pull my vehicle up she finally brought my bags to my vehicle with an ugly attitude and mumbled "We normally don't do this for customers they come in to get their own bags." I was furious!!? She ruined my entire day. As I was in a lot of pain that day. You as a store need to hire the right associates to work your lot to handle your cart situation. Because with lazy personell like that lady. You will lose a lot of good customers, with that type of attitude. I worked retail all of my life, and I have NEVER seen a situation like that just RUDE and VERY disrespectful!!

The store was clean and well stocked. Not many associates were available to answer questions during visit. I did notice at least 1 price scanner on a pillar, so I assume they are available throughout the store. Only 1 cashier station was open at the time of checkout. The wait time to check out was longer than expected but was off peak hours.
