Switched to A1 from a cleaners down the street, the owner is still involved so he cares about the quality. They do a good job with any stains I point out and very responsive to any issues I’ve had.

Wish I had read these reviews BEFORE becoming a loyal customer (that apparently means nothing to Paulina). They ruined my blouse (and just like other customers have stated on this site whenever they experienced an issue) the Manager Paulina was rude about addressing & correcting the damage.
When I finally spoke to her (by phone) she had the audacity to say that the blouse was dropped off in that state….extremely insulting. Then she asked if this was the 1st time it had been dry-cleaned – No, it was the 2nd time – and her business dry-cleaned it initially. I did not ask for compensation initially, until she kept making excuses for the damage. I had to send her a picture of a similar blouse so she could see the cost; and she rudely replied “I’m not paying for the damage”. I’m going to assume that after she realized the cost of the blouse, she called to say that she would order a solution to see if the damage could be reversed. The solution did not work; her male coworker said “it looks better” really.
I had to take matters into my own hands and contact other Dry Cleaners to see if they could help with this situation. Finally found one in Dallas that worked diligently to correct the damage. They stated they would try their solution at a cost of $55.00, but if it didn’t work there would be no charge. They weren’t able to correct it. They did state, they compensate their customers if damage is done by their business. I emailed Paulina during this time to keep her informed (twice) and as of today, she has not responded. The cleaners in Dallas stated the damaged was caused because the blouse was washed, and not Dry-cleaned as the label indicated. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service that she (as the Manager) provided. I too will never use A-1 Cleaners again.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a cleaning service. Sent some jeans and a jacket to get cleaned, pressed, and altercations. It took two weeks. The first week they literally didn’t clean or press my jeans. Talked to the manager Paulina about all this. I had to wait another week and there were literally hole still left in my jacket after the girl marked the spot. My advice for anyone looking at this place is to find somewhere else. This is horrible and the worst. A real disservice to the public

I brought some linen curtains to have dry cleaned. When I got them back they had shrank 7 inches. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager. She asked that we bring them in and they would try to stretch them. We did what was asked and received them again a few weeks later. Nothing had changed. I didn't think they could stretch them. It looks like the curtains were just washed and not dry cleaned. I reached out to the manager again via phone and text and I haven't heard fromher since very unprofessional.

I took a pretty dirty Coach jacket to be cleaned. When I picked it up, many parts of the jacket look bleached. They told me there wasn't anything they could do and took no blame on ruining the jacket. I knew it was dirty. I knew they might not be able to get the stains out. I didn't expect them to ruin it and then not offer even an apology. The manager was "too busy" to talk to me when I was there. The person at the desk couldn't let me leave without paying for the service. Not wanting to come back I paid and left. I only read great things about this place and how honest they are... I'm still trying to figure out how they could ruin a coat and still make me pay.Edited to add since I can’t reply to owner response - I see a call from a number I don’t recognize, but no message was left. I did answer a call from that number today and sat on the phone for 2 min saying hello and no one was there. I never expected you to get the jacket fully clean and was clear about that when I left it. I didn’t expect you to ruin it. Also your employee told me you couldn’t talk to me because you were on a conference call. Interesting that was a lie. And I came after 6 because my ticket said to come after 5. I came after 5 on Tuesday (after the promised time) and the jacket was still off site. I don’t know what time you want people to come when the tickets says to come after 5! We have used A1 for several years with seldom an issue. Any complaint was quickly resolved. Lately, however, it has gotten worse. Ladies shirts and blouses are being stretched to fit the larger hangars. Many necklines are really out of shape. Also, lately all garments are being squished into ONE bag. Overly starched jeans are being jammed in with table cloths and blouses, slacks and sweaters. Today we picked up our order ... 12 hangars in one bag. Stretched necklines, jeans/slacks and shirts/blouses wrinkled needlessly. Not sure why this is happening, but I'm fed up. It's stupid, it's lazy, it's cheap. Twelve items should have been in three bags. Stop it now.

I highly recommend A-! Cleaners for all of your clothes, shoes and alterations! They do a fantastic job and are very affordable as well. The staff is very professional and I am so glad to have them close to my house.
