Your worker Matt was very rude. He said good morning to me in Spanish which was not a problem. Matt keep trying to talk to me in Spanish. I told Matt I only speak English. Then he starts laughing at me. I told Matt I didn't want a bag, then he does it anyway. Matt thanks for starting the morning on a positive note.

The owner Matthew is a very cruel person.. I worked here for little under a month im a single mom and was 8 months pregnant. I was fired the day after Christmas after working both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for “stealing”. At first said I gave away free drinks( which I was told was okay to do by multiple people & 2 were managers ) and then 2 days later after asking about my checks said I stole $500 and if he wanted to he would file felony charges. I then tried to speak with him in person and deny the stealing allegations he refused to talk to me and wouldn’t come out of the office. He kept my checks and then sent w-2s that were incorrect and reflected that I didn’t pay taxes on my checks which i did (so the money you took out you kept too??) . He is scamming the IRS and people just trying to make money to support their family.

Unprofessional went to buy a big red and black in mild and gas cashier rang me up with the promotion buy two big reds for 4 I only wanted one she rang it up as two I told her big red don't cost $5 she said it rang up the promotion I said I didn't want two I only want one she said you still going to pay $3 for one I asked for my refund she had a attitude I asked for $20 in gas she commented back are you going to refund that too I'm will avoid that store from now on

The store was nice when it first opened but has gone down hill ever since. Employees are constantly talking to each other not paying attention to customers. Employees are going outside to chat with friends that are parked in the parking spots right outside the front door. Employees are using Vulgar language in front of customers dropping F Bombs like they are in a Call Of Duty lobby. The store has sort of turned into a "Hang Out". It's dirty and needs to be cleaned, needs new staff, new management ASAP. The new Shell Gas Station across the street is going to kill this place when it opens.

This store needs to be closed. The staff are very busy ignoring customers. The equipment is dirty and not maintained.The soda machine is broke 99% of the time, the staff fails to maintain other equipment (i.e. iced coffee) and never keeps it stocked. I haven't been able to get iced coffee at this location for 2+years.Definitely looking forward to the new Shell opening up across the road.The staff at this location could care less. Glad 711 is paying them for nothing but discussing their life drama and many cigarettes to smoke.

The cashier was rude , she don’t like her job I guess , as soon as I get there her face change she gave me bad look , bc I was wearing work close dirty , she judge me , am a truck driver I own 5 semi trucks 2nd she was touching her nose and touching stuff 3rd she didn’t ask me if I need my receipt as soon as it print she squeeze it and trash , I looked at her and went away , I got upset for a moment and forgot her bc I have work to do

This location has become a dump. There is trash everywhere, the store itself isn't very clean and the employees openly use profanity in front of customers and act like this is a hangout. There are nicer gas stations nearby, avoid this place.
