Most horrible experience I’ve ever had… AND they talk about having to mark up part prices to make a buck, then why was the price on the parts for my truck 220% of what they should have been originally? Even the other service shop I ended up taking my vehicle to, said this was as big of a scam as anything, thank GOD we found out before they went to “repair” my vehicle. Even Carmax said that this place was a JOKE and that they shouldn’t be a recommended repair shop for them!!!!!! Have fun when your business from them stops coming in. Enjoy. Best wishes. Mel

Please when I say please do not take your vehicle here I am begging! This place is so shady! My car warranty company sent me there. And they tried to mark up the prices 200%! They charged 2 hours for diagnostics fee! And then to top it all off ran 130 extra miles up on my truck! And damaged my paint job! And then to make things even worse the lady didn’t even deal with the warranty company! We had to call and handle everything! Needless to say had to pick my truck up and take it somewhere!

Robin replaced my front and rear brake pads and rotors with API parts. Monica kept me updated every step of the way, on the phone and over text. They were even able to give me same day turnaround. I was happy to save over the dealer's estimate and to support this small family business. I'll definitely reach out the next time my car needs work done.

Excellent service, work, and pricing! The mechanic is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything well. Options were given and they were very transparent the entire time. My car was ready in less than a week, very impressed and highly recommend taking your vehicle for any type of service.

Robin and Monica know their stuff! They are super kind, respectful and so so helpful. When I called to inquire about drop off sites for old gas, Monica gave me options and offered me to come to XDJ Automotive. As I was there Robin had a terrible customer on the phone and he handled her with so much respect despite her rudeness.
