I've had a package sitting here for days and they have not scanned it in as "accepted" from a freight shipment. I want my package delivered, this is crazy.

Husband said our parcel locker key opened 2 different lockers that were empty. I tried a few days later & the one I opened had the missing packages within. As far as the staff goes, they have always been friendly to me.

I purchased an item and it shows delivered to parcel. I checked the parcel and there was two other packages in the parcel not the one I have been anticipating. I have been to this post office 3 times checking on this list package, only to be told I will receive a call from the supervisor. I have yet to receive a call from the supervisor. I have to go to the post office again to ask for a refund for a package that shows delivered but was not in the parcel.

I sent an overseas package and was told tracking was extra by short lady there. I went to another post office this time and was told tracking is automatic on all packages. Hmm
I once had to buy an extra key and paid 25.00 at that time (against the law to make elsewhere according to same lady). Weeks later I heard her tell someone, oh you can just go make a copy. I guess if she doesn't like you, she is not so nice.

This place doesn’t even deserve a one star!!!!!! The packages are not being delivered or end up at the different addresses, the parcel keys are all misplaced or not even getting put in the mailboxes for the residents to get the packages!
I’ve complained several times about the same issue for the past 7 months and it’s getting worse by the day and as expected nothing has changed! Of course, nobody ever answers the phone! Customer service is awful to the point I was verbally insulted, yelled at and called dyslexic by so called “post master” (an extremely rude, arrogant and absolutely unprofessional African American manager/post master) today just because I complained once again about the missing and wrongly delivered packages! No wonder this place is so bad, rude and disrespectful….. look who is running it….. So, I’m taking this ongoing problem further with a formal headquarters complaint!!! The whole place needs to be replaced by completely new employees!!!

They said they never got my package in the post office but I have proof someone signed off it at the post office! They also say they no longer accept Amazon packages, I don’t understand why they don’t? And they don’t even notify us personal office box cause my business use majority is bought from Amazon! If I knew then I wouldn’t have renew my post office box this is so unprofessional and terrible service. So incredibly inconvenient, they never answer there phones. There is always just one person at the front desk so it always takes so long just to pick up my packages. This place needs a whole new system in place.

No help trying to find out why my mail was not being delivered. Asked to speak to post master and was told they did not know when I could speak to them as they were out and made their own schedules...not to mention she was taking a personal phonecall the whole time!!

There must have been a change of staff because I was by the post office today and the two ladies there were very friendly, polite, and professional. My daughter was there to get a post office box and the process took about five minutes.
