Horrible experience frfr this employee had a ugly attitude for asking basic questions literally gave me no options on which plan I wanted or phone , It's was imperative I walked out of there with a phone and sad to say it was only because I had no other option . So I have to find a better phone and get my plan that I desired .

Great Customer Service!Very helpful, friendly, informative, and patient.Had all Plans posted, had phones we were interested in, including freephones.Helped with the 'affordability connectivity program (ACP)' information and setup.Fantastic compared to other Metro PCS stores we have visited.Thank you!

Very bad people. They lied to me and took my money. Don't trust this location. Store owner won't own up to problems, instead he fires or "relocates" employees to brush problems away instead of fixing them. Worst store in town. Don't waste your time.

They Are LIARS. DO NOT GO HERE! they will "guarantee" things then go back and claim they never said that. Worst experience ever. The manager was supposed to calm me several time and never called once. HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!
