I’ve been using Extra Space Storage on Harris Branch Parkway for years and I’ve always had a great experience with them. The staff, especially Omar, have always been super-friendly, and attentive whenever I have a question. Their prices are also very reasonable and I’ve always felt my items are safe here. I would recommend this facility to other customers.

Omar was helpful and very professional. Your legalese was fairly easy to navigate. But it’s somewhat annoying that you have to get into super legal language to store something. Lawyers are destroying America.

I have to say since day one the team was amazing service was beyond amazing shout out to Kia she was amazing during a hard time I went through she right away took care of the situation manager was amazing as well I have to say thank you so much my stay was beyond amazing!!! My leaving was quick and fast and very helpful and staff always with a smile thank you guys
