I have read previous reviews from this business. My recommendation is do what is best for you! My review is based on my experience and my observation today. My personal experience is a 4 not a five because it was not something they went beyond my expectations, but it was very good! Also, a review is based on everyone's own experience. I went into this business to conduct my business, they helped me, and I was out!From observing staff helping other customers while I waited, it was clear some customers do not come prepare and assume the staff knows everyone's language well including speaking, writing, and pronunciation of words. Therefore, a customer should not assume! When wiring money, come prepare, write out everything on paper. Check before paying and leaving.The store employees have a responsibility, but the other half the customer does too!For a win win on both sides, both sides have equal responsibilities. For the customer, we can always go else where if we are not provided with customer service we expect!If I'm treated with respect and I'm provided with good customer service I become a loyal customer to the business. If not, I know what or where I need to go!Overall, is what each of us put into having a good experience!! Today, all three staff employees I can came in contact with were helpful to me. Yes, I will return until something negative changes.
