Terrible service, the girl who was there had a face, you ask questions and don't even want to answer, I don't remember her name, but they should teach them how to treat people and if they really want to work.
I also asked him if they had a bathroom and he answered "NO" and actually they do.

My mom went to buy a phone today and the young woman was very rude and short toned with her. We were asking her questions about the phones and she was no help just kept avoiding my mom which is not cool. This place needs to do better with their customer service. We decided to go to another cricket to get her a phone.

This store has the most unhelpful staff. They can't help you with anything besides buying a new phone. If you have any problems with the phone they won't look up your purchase or help you at all. Rude lazy staff.
