As a parent you want your first experience at a daycare to go great however coming here gave me a reality check that not everyone is for the best interest of your child.I can honestly say there were a few ppl that cared for my child including Ana the director, teachers; Sylvia, Yadi, T and Carla who are no longer working here.Ms Rey made drop offs easy. Even the few times my child was in her class, it was great. Then you have staff that is diagnosing kids to be on the spectrum and have special needs without a medical license. I understand if there are concerns of a child’s behavior however, there are ways to communicate those concerns in a professional manner. I honestly can say Roxanne was very unprofessional telling staff this about my child. Even when I had 2 professional opinions that my child is not on the spectrum nor has any special needs she continued to only give her negative opinion. To tell someone that “no other daycare is going to work with him” and how I didn’t like her is so unprofessional and concerning. The icing on the cake is me walking in to her talking about him with another which she wasn’t aware we had entered the room. That is when I knew CLC was not for us.My child was deemed highly intelligent and ahead of the curve academically and socially but due to their high turn over of teachers, unprofessionalism, yelling, pinching, talking to them like dogs, not notifying of incidents, inexperience teachers, impatience, no structure of curriculum …etc. my son had a difficult time adjusting and couldn’t be himself. They labeled him aggressive and a monster just because physically he was bigger but doing the same exact thing as other kids. I would pop in and see other kids running around screaming, hitting and the teachers wouldn’t do anything but they would outcast my child as if he was a problem.. THAT IS EMOTIONALLY DAMAGING !I do appreciate Ana the director for trying to accommodate and placing him with good teachers that I mentioned to keep him ahead of his development & we had NO PROBLEMS when he went to those teachers ?.So, If you’re deciding on coming here pray about it. I would communicate with Ana as much as possible bc she honestly is the reason we stayed for as long as we did.

We are super happy at CLC. Ms. Ana is kind and responsive, and our daughter’s teacher, Ms. Rey, has made our daughter love learning. Keep up the great work CLC!

My daughter has been going to CLC since she was 4 mos old (she's now 4 1/2). There have been ups and downs, but overall I'm happy with the quality of care and education she's received. She really likes her teachers, and the PreK class has really helped her to develop some key skills (writing, life skills). She also has several food allergies, and for the most part they've been pretty vigilant. I'll also say that since Ms. Anna took over operations, I've seen huge improvements across the board.

I cannot brag about CLC enough! Both my babies loves it here!! I am so thankful for them and how much my babies have learned while in the care of them. They are our secon family. Getting ready to add my nephew to the CLC family bc I know they are gonna treat him as their own just like my other two peas in a pod. Thanks for all that y’all do. Shout out to Ms. Rey and both the director Anna and assistant director Roxanne! We love y’all!❤️❤️

My daughter fell on their playground and she has a fracture on her rigth leg, I know accident happen but this was a recklessness from thier side for different reasonThe area and the group was not according with her age, and the way that they manage this was for sure not great. It was mentioned that the accident was reported and we found out that this never was reported, after that we were waiting for thier follow but never contact us.

They don’t notify families about positive cases being active in the classrooms for infants with RSV (which is deadly to infants) or COVID! It’s already spreaded to other kids in the class be careful even josh knew and didn’t want to notify anyone told them he “simply forgot “ cause he was probably doing something? Talk about a poor excuse

They do a really good job of taking care of little ones especially given this pandemic situation with staff shortages, sickness etc. Toys and surfaces are disinfected multiple times a day, they keep good track of naps and feeding and follow a schedule. They have some really good teachers who actually love kids and take really good care of them, they will work with you to tailor care for your kid. We're glad some of these teachers have been here since our child started, sad when some left but others did join! Nothing beats familiarity and consistency when it comes to kids, they try to build consistency here. We really appreciate this daycare and all they do to take care of our child. This is the best day care around.

Teachers are unqualified and lazy. Only 2 or 3 good teachers that I have experienced. They don't change diapers well at all and do a terrible job watching the kids. Then when something happens they blame the parent. Worst first experience with daycare. And their excuse is "it's like that at every daycare". Bad everywhere 0/10

the worst daycare in the area. they don't take responsibility or care for your kids and the management is related to each other and abuse the teachers as much as they abuse the students

I would not recommend you at all. Minds are not really into children as much as they say they are. Quite a shame!

Too many young teachers who have little or no experience. Just complaining about people's kids. Will not recommend to anyone
