It’s really difficult to put into words and explain how much Mr. Mark -Calling and leaving both an email and phone message thanking me ( us) For our order and personally taking his time to just share and express his gratitude with heart. Rita- For the continued up to date with my order/shipment details. I just ordered a case of apothecary jars w/corks lids and may I add- Have been searching for a particular style that fits cork lids. And I’m truly very happy that Glassnow has them in clear and a very good color selection along with many jars in lots of styles/lids huge variety. But even more - They do custom design designs!! Which is very hard to find a company that does that. When I say company- It’s not just that, it’s amazing hard working people *human beings* But the fact that each and every single one those souls are there creating/making/packing making sure your order is done well and shipped on time Especially during an uncertain time with the virus . They’re still going out to their jobs while their families are safe at home They do so much for others and bring those two things together isn’t something you find out there . They will help with anything that you need and answer any questions or concerns you have. So from my heart to yours Thank you! All of you for your love care and tirelessly working for your customers putting us first. What beautiful souls all of you are. ☀️

We have been doing business with Couronne Company for the last several years and it is honestly the best kept secret in our business. I actually specifically built this Gmail to review them and keep it completely separate from our business and names. They are that good.

Terrible place to work for with horrible work conditions. The boss Johnny is very temperamental and disrespectful to his employees, you can't even ask a question without feeling like he will snap at you. He's short-tempered and has an issue with submitting employee's time-sheets on time.

I bought a large amount of glassware and found some of the color came off the bottles too easily, even with just cold water in some cases, other bottles were fine. Some of the mister sprayers leaked and some of the silver lids also. The glass is fairly cheap but the prices are good.The company did reimburse me after a number of discussions and photos and I would purchase certain items from them again.

Hooray! I get to be the first reviewer! I ordered some samples a while back and was pleased with the products so I placed my first large stock order for a special event I was working on. I received everything pretty quickly and unlike other glass bottle companies, nothing was broken upon arrival. Prices and selection are great and shipping was very reasonable but the best part is their customer service department. I'll be re-ordering from them, most definitely.
