Only purchased because my battery died, but the two ladies were initially rude and not knowledgeable. Just busy on the phone when you’re asking important questions like which battery is best for your car???? They didn’t have time for me.
Top management should train these ladies on how to deal with clients because at the end of the day, they are the face of the business. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

The “manager” who “assisted” in Manor with my return was unprofessional and rude. When she told me she couldn’t help with my return, I asked her to call someone who could. She refused and told me to do it myself while pointing at the store number. I had to walk her through everything since she did not want to help. She got all the energy to make my return as difficult as possible when she was able to locate my purchase. This is not the first time I’ve got bad service from her. I could not get her name since she did not have a name tag.

Worst aurozone ice been in, in a long time. Chick behind the counter doesn't get paid enough to be a decent human being. Good luck trying to get a basic part from behind the counter in less than 20 minutes; be prepared to wait.
