This is an okay (meh) location. The entry driveways are very steep-need to be careful with some cars so you don't bottom out if you drive in or out too quickly. Very average selection of snacks and drinks; gas prices are usually lower to middle of the market.

Products are placed in incorrect places, and when rung up at the register for $5 more. When asking for help to show the cashier where the item is and mispriced; the staff became very rude and unhelpful.

Worst place ever i wanted to use my rewards to buy a bannana wich was 500 points. The idiot behind the counter didnt even know how to use it. He charged me for mt can of coffee and the bannana i wanted to use for my rewards points. I will never go there again and will be erasing my rewards app off my phone. And calling a corporate office as well.

I wish I can choose ZERO star. Employees there are jerks with attitudes. Don’t speak clear English, which I don’t mind, we all learning at one point. However no English with attitude and impolite is the issue. Will never give them my money even if I pay more somewhere else. I asked to speak to the manager and one of the jerks there said “I’m the manager” which I didn’t believe bec no j*** like him can be a manager at 711.

Horrible service and they are rude af!! They change prices when you get to the register. Don’t go to this 7-11. I’ve never had any problems until these new racist night time clerks started. Awful!

Worst 7-eleven I've been to. Place is always dirty, service is slow, soda/slushy machines always have issues, and I can't tell you the amount of times both my boyfriend and I have had them FIGHT us to let us use the rewards program.I recently went to buy a big gulp, and told them immediately off the bat that I have a rewards account.They let me type it in, and then right before I put my card in, he removed the rewards so it charged me full price for the drink. They're also nicer to women but really rude to men. My boyfriend has an issue with them EVERY time he comes here regarding the rewards.I know that they think because they're the only location for a while they can screw people over. I've been polite with them up until now but these swindlers don't deserve your business or kindness.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have ONLY had bad experiences at this location. I, actually, have never once had a bad experience at any other location.... EVER.It's sad to know how excited we (Manorites) all were to get a 7/11 here.So tonight I DoorDashed a pepperoni pizza. I was delivered a Hawaiian or all meat pizza, not even sure what it was. Upon receiving I called the store to see what my options were. The man hung up the phone on me. I called back, they would not answer. Then I contacted my Doordash driver. This Man was so kind & went & got me the right pizza. So you know they burnt the pizza almost completely to a crisp. I will not give them another penny.I feel they think they'll get business regardless bc it is a 7/11. So they do not care AT ALL to even try to provide decent customer service.
