Rude! And it’s totally unprovoked. You speak to them kindly and they retort with rude, sarcastic remarks.

Whoever answers the phone is extremely rude. I was simply trying to gather information on the current change of address policy. I kindly asked about it only to be answered back with sarcastic remarks instead of proper answers. What did I say to warrant that type of attitude? You don’t like customers calling with questions about USPS policies? Being a mailman used to be a noble career, what happened?
Does it hurt to be kind?
Thank God for modern advancements and companies like UPS and FedEx. I rarely have to deal with these jokers

I'm at this post office at least twice each week. The employees are always exceptional.

The absolute worst post office I’ve ever had to use.

I have never been to a USPS where the employees weren’t rude and unfriendly. This one, on the other hand, is staffed by two very friendly and helpful women who make the shipping process a piece of cake. A tiny fraction of faith has been restored in USPS.

Normally, not much wait, parking lot traffic is deceiving, fast moving line. Friendly folks.

They actually refused to take my package a give me a receipt. The person at the front was beyond rude. I cannot believe they let rude people like this work here.

I live in South Austin and my neighborhood has those community mailboxes. Just today I received 3 letters each belonging to 3 different addresses. At least a couple dozen times per year I have to deliver my neighbors' mail to them from my mailbox. USPS HR forgot to send me my paperwork, I should have a paycheck at this point, right? (Since I'm doing the work.)

Stick with the competition. There’s a reason the business of usps has gone downhill; too many entitled employees who don’t want to actually work. Ups, FedEx, DHL… better to support anyone other than USPS especially this location. They are consistently so rude here

Every time I’ve been here, the employees have been friendly and fast. It’s never taken more than 10-15 minutes to get in and out, even when there is a long line of customers. I’ll always choose this location if possible.

We are very lucky to have this location in manchac. All of the other locations in South Austin are painfully understaffed and the line can go out the door. They are kind and always get you in and out very quickly. Happy holidays and thank you for what you do!

I like this post office location more than any other in the South Austin area. There is rarely a line and the staff are always pleasant and helpful, no matter the day or time. I think there may be some confusion by people concerning the location on Manchaca ROAD, which is not the same location as this one.

I have never had an issue with this USPS location on FM 1626. I actually prefer this location than the Mockingbird Station on Menchaca Rd. The longest I have had wait in line is maybe 10 minutes and that was over the holidays. Great customer service.
