“I happened to stop in to just check prices when I was greeted by their leasing agent. Charlie was different than all the public storage employees I’ve encountered. Knowledgeable, Friendly and best of all thorough. He made sure I had “this” in case of “that”, that if something happened I knew I was covered. Retain this employee, he will pay for himself 10 fold ??”

“Brick by Brick was super easy to work with. They responded quickly to my Yelp message and were able to set up a time on the day I needed to move. Although they made it to my apt outside of the window they gave me they took the time to call me and let me know why they were going to be a little late and let me know exactly when they would be there. Once to my apt they moved quickly and I was very comfortable with having them in my house and moving my personal belongings because of how friendly they were! When we arrived at my new place they made sure to put everything exactly where I wanted and checked to make sure I was completely satisfied with everything. I will certainly be using them again if I ever move and recommending them to all my friends!”
