I couldn't figure out how to address a refund issue this week and out of desperation left a message on their main voice mail. Lo and behold I got a call back within a few hours, resolving my issue. These people are definitely 5 stars at customer service and quite friendly. Went from being super annoyed to quite happy. These people are great at what they do, and really seem to care about their customers.

I had a great time at Reggae Fest everything was easy accessible no matter where you were at this venue. The stage was perfectly set up right in the middle of everything so you can see it from any direction.
