They are very friendly and extremely helpful in helping you figure out your peristaltic pump or hose needs. The sales guy Steve is phenomenal and if it weren’t for his help, I don’t think I could have sorted out the needs for my business without a lot of wasted time and money.I’ve brought in equipment to see which hoses fit best, and have been given multiple samples to take back and try. You can’t go wrong with such great customer service.Highly recommended.
