It’s incredibly frustrating to watch good workers struggle while management appears either overwhelmed, indifferent, or simply absent. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect accountability — and right now, it seems the wrong people are being held responsible.
I hope you take this feedback seriously, because I would genuinely like to continue doing business here. That said, unless improvements are made in leadership, I’ll have no choice but to take my business elsewhere — and share this experience with others who value professional service.
Waiting in line for 15 minutes for a clearance price change is something I don’t want to do again.

Had to bring my MS 271 in for repairs(user error) and the certified Stihl Tech, Cory, was very knowledgeable and able to fix my saw very quickly. It took a couple days to order in the parts, but I'm very satisfied with their work.
