“All the employees here are great, and Raphael is awesome! I bought a pre-owned switch at this location that had a defective fan, causing the console to overheat and turn itself off. He enthusiastically helped me swap it out for a new switch AND walked me through transferring my save data over to the new system! (It's a bit of a process to swap saves to another switch) I've been coming to this location for the better part of 2 decades now and I'll be coming there for 2 more! ?”
“Amazing experience. I was looking for a new turntable and reached out to Whetstone. Set up an appointment, went and listened to a series of turntables and picked out the one I wanted. No hard sell, just straight up information about which cartridge I should get, the differences between the cartridges, and the differences between the tables. He ordered it, set it up and I picked it up the next week. Brian even remembered a comment I made about how much I like Santana and he threw in a used Santana/Coltrane LP, which turned out to be amazing. Highly recommend.”

“Had accidental liquid damage in my bag wherein water got into two ports, and ruined 20% of the screen entirely. I brought it into Compuzone and they charged a basic "cleaning fee" for $99. Seemed entirely fair. They called 2-3 hours later, had assessed and diagnosed, then orderd replacement screen from Apple. 36 hours later my computer was cleaned, screen replaced and working like new. I did not have Apple Care which I regret. But their service was fast, friendly and incredibly conveniently located downtown. Clear communication, and fair price as well as official Apple replacement part - not third party. Would highly recommend and will come back with any Apple device issues.”

We had a few issues pop up and he worked his magic and took care of it all. I selected dog food today based on the shelf price. At the register, it was a 3% higher price. I didn’t want it at that cost and returned it. A bit of a pain. This is not the first time I’ve been charged more than the shelf price at this store. What’s even more bothersome is that the employees I tell don’t seem to care. Perhaps it’s by design…Target hopes most don’t notice? In groceries, 3% is a big difference. Hope you can do better Target.”
