Not impressed. Took in for a alignment and was told it needed 2,k in repairs. Truck doesn’t drive straight. I guess I will take it to another mechanic. Irritating.

Very honest business! We didn’t know what was draining my battery every third day! A dishonest dealer could’ve replaced the battery, alternator, starter and charged me for it! Parnell checked all those and verified all was fine! A mystery which was solved a day later when we found a charger plugged in way down in my console and it was draining my cars battery! Parnell is a totally honest business and my business will be with Parnells in the future
