I sat down with Miss Jenny to discuss my options for my truck insurance. I had gotten multiple quotes from other places that were much more expensive than I had been planning to pay; but in a little over an hour, Miss Jenny had me out of there with a commercial truck insurance policy that beat all my other quotes by a very large margin. Because of the savings, I even decided to get a life insurance policy while I was there! Thank you Miss Jenny, and to all of the State Farm Insurance Agents for helping me out!

State Farm (Jennifer Carroll)This was absolutely the best experience we have ever had dealing with insurance. Jenny, in the Malakoff office, did an excellent job getting our policies together and saving us a lot of money in the process. She was able to bundle home, autos, Rv, and utility vehicle into one neat package. We highly recommend State Farm to anyone looking to protect your assets. And Jenny is a delight to do business with.

Today and in the past Emily Pole has been amazing. Although State Farm didn’t get my business the experience was top notch. She was great to talk to like having a conversation with a friend. You can really feel the personal and business in her work. Thank you again Emily and I wish all insurance agents were as amazing as she was.

This office has been awesome to me for auto and renters for 2 years…imagine saving for a vehicle you want for 2 years, making sure you can afford the insurance, getting the insurance and buying the vehicle and before the next bill they are going up on you a 100$You have lost a costumer for life

I have had State Farm Insurance since 1987. During this time I have only had two State Farm agents. Present agent, Lona Mauk. I am highly satisfied with State Farm Insurance. The level of professionalism, being friendly and the level of knowledge these people have is amazing. I would recommend State Farm insurance to anyone and do so on every occasion I get. State Farm has a great asset in Lona Mauk. I feel very comfortable with my insurance being with State Farm because I have a great team behind me and an awesome insurance company.
