So even though the woman at the counter knew the pumps weren't in service she still had me pay for gas. I ended up wanting a refund after realizing I was going to have to wait 20 min for a guy to pump his gas. It's been three days the money has not been reimbursed to my account. I needed that money that day and ended up stuck in dallas with no gas money left because of this. If a customer comes in to pay for gas with a card let them know hey it will not only not work on that pump but the other one is going to take forever and a day to pump it and ask if they still want to purchase fuel. They had there gas prices 20 cents cheaper than the one across the street. I can't find a phone number for this place and I'm thinking about driving over there just to see how long this will take to refund... it was 12 dollars but still I didn't appreciate how inconsiderate this was..

All pumps except one out of service. Tried to use it but no gas was ever dispensed. The card I used to try to pay was hit with fraudulent charges to Amazon just a day later (I don’t use this card very often, maybe once or twice a year) so there’s likely a card skimmer on the pumps.

Very displeased with service. I purchased a cigarette puffer and it was no good and they would not mKe it good. Was told to come back the next day and deal with the person who sold it to me. I was on my way home to Jasper Texas 2.5 hours away. He did not offer to call the employee or nothing. When I got upset he started basically thumbing his fingers at me to get out. I'm very upset and will never buy from them again!

Best place to pump gas! I ONLY pump here for my jeep and hubby's Nissan. Plus the workers are always friendly and polite. We are regulars here and they know it! ?

The people who run this place are super nice. They offer cheapest gas around this place and their store was nice and clean.

The people who run this store have always been extremely nice to me! I'm a regular patron in this store, sometimes up to 3 times a day, and they are always just as helpful & nice as the first time I stepped foot in there. They are very friendly, and I would recommend this store to anybody that comes through Malakoff!
