I am very pleased and satisfied with Jeremy's knowledge and interactions throughout the troubleshooting and repair process of a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox at 4 J Transmission. He is easy to reach and responsive in his communications. The service work, transmission rebuild and engine timing chain, were completed in reasonable time and costs. A big help was him retrieving the inoperable car so I didn't have to hire a separate wrecker service.

Complete ripoff went for a diagnostic on my truck he charged me 95. Dollars for it and 4.75 for parts that I don’t see any where give him 5 twenties got no change I won’t go back there ever hope you do the same shame on them

Definitely Recommend! Went to 3 different shops & no one could figure out what was wrong with my car but Jeremy & Clint figured it out and got it fixed within the same day. 10/10 experience.

Ended up here due to a series of mishaps and misadventures. My car was driving fine but the battery warning light popped on, I didn’t take it too seriously at first until I started noticing it feeling a little weird and a warning came over my screen in my car that the battery was depleting rapidly. Got it towed home and needed a shop super close by and found this shop. They are very knowledgeable and honest about the work needed. At first we thought it was the alternator, then found out my car lost its serpentine belt. Like poofed out of existence. Didn’t snap and break into a million pieces, straight gone like the wind gone. Luckily a separate belt was saving my cars long lived life! The part was delivered very quickly, and it was fixed in no time at all. Price was very affordable and reasonable. I will definitely use them again if I need a local mechanic. Also, the office is very clean, and the chairs are comfy. Chairs are important details for longer waits. Female friendly as well. Would recommend.

Jeremy has put a transmission in two of my vehicles. A Honda accord and a dodge challenger. He has done numerous work for me including fixing an oil leak on my wife’s jaguar f pace. I truly trust him and I recommend him over going to a dealership because he will have the best price and he will prioritize getting your vehicle back to you in a timely matter. Facts!!! My last experience his helper Clent went to the shop at 10pm to finish up work on my wife’s vehicle because I really needed it back to me the next day

The primary battery on my GMC 3500 died. 4J had me back on the road in no time. Very knowledgeable and professional company. Highly recommend. Reasonably priced as well.

4 J Tire & Automotive are without a question some of the best I’ve done business with! I had my front wheel bearings and spindle replaced along with 4 brand new tires! They kept me informed along the way and helped me more than I could have imagined! 10/10 will be using them in the future if needs arise!

It's hard to trust a shop you haven't used before but Jeremy ended up going above and beyond. Had them r and r both front calipers and bleed out the system on my little Toyota Corolla after I wrenched on it all day and ran into one problem after another. 4J took care of business and stuck to the quoted price.Will definitely be taking my business to them again.Service: Brakes
