Manager is impossible. Refused to work with me when I came in to get an up to date debit card as mine had gone out of date. He insisted he knew I received it in the mail and told me there would be a charge for a replacement. I haven’t received it and can’t believe I was talked to like I was lying. I will change banks if this doesn’t get resolved. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I will not be treated that way

I always receive professional, prompt and courteous service at this branch. It's usually faster than other locations and they're always able to take care of my deposits, replacement ATM card, etc. Great service and I highly recommend!

Good employees, but it's annoying that they shut down the branch before the stated time. I tried to cash a check on Saturday at 12:55 but they were already closed, annoying when I have to wait two more days to do what I made a trip today for. I'll check out taking all my business to Amegy.

Kaitlyn did not speak, she didn't greet me, she barely acknowledged I was there. She was busy chatting up the other teller. She did pause her conversation to count out my money and then she resumed. She did not say have a good day, thank you.....nothing. I've been banking at this location for over 3 years. Very disappointed to say the least.

As a business we can sometimes be complicated with our deposits/withdraws. The tellers and manager here always offer us excellent service and know us by name. They are the closest thing I have ever experienced to a community bank.
