My prescription status said to call the pharmacy. At this point, I was out of my prescription due to Walgreens' delays. Upon calling, I had someone answer the phone five different times asking if I could hold. Before I could even answer, they would put me back on hold.
Completely unacceptable. I immediately transferred my prescription away from Walgreens.

They took out one of the drive thru lanes when they clearly need 2 more. The waits are 30 mins!

I went yesterday June 19th at around 8:30 pm, I gave my prescription to one of the 2 ladies, waited 10 min while they were sorting other stuff, then one of the women saw me again, like she had forgotten I was there, and said that I should take a seat. I saw that one was helping customers on the drive thru, the other woman was on the counter, was not able to see what she was doing. I waited 15 more minutes and saw they never approached the pick-up counter again, even though I was waiting and now a line of 3 formed already. I stood up and just requested my prescription back. Again, the woman was surprised that I was even there, like she forgot about me haha. Awful service, hopefully this can be improved.

This locations pharmacy is borderline abusive and treats elders very nasty. I would avoid this location by all means if you must do business with Walgreens. That said, I have elected to write letters to the Walgreens Boot Alliance board members and discuss with local media the lack of empathy in today’s pharmacy’s. It is absolutely abhorrent to treat any customers in this manner with such lack of compassion and obvious ageism. Shame on this pharmacy’s staff!!

Horrible experience with this pharmacy I would not recommend going there complete waste of time. Tried to pick up a prescription for 18 hours. The doctors office sent over a prescription electronically but Walgreens didn’t receive it. So I went through the drive through line again and called the doctors office. Had the doctor try again still nothing. We did this two more times for over 3 hours. We decided to go home and wait. Thought overnight the system would catch up and our prescription would be there. Gave the pharmacy our insurance information and left. The next day I called Walgreens still nothing so I called the doctor and asked them to call the pharmacy. An hour goes by and I drive through Walgreens once again and they still don’t have it. I drive in person to the doctors office and ask them for a paper prescription to hand deliver. They decided to call the pharmacy while I was there. So then I go back to Walgreens for the third time and they said they will have it ready in 20 minutes. I drove around the drive through again which took 45 minutes. They had the prescription ready but had not ran the insurance. I waited until they tried the insurance and said that it was invalid. I call the number on the back of the card and speak to the insurance company and they said they are valid for us but are only medical insurance prescription coverage was handled through Medcor and gave me the number to call. Then the pharmacy said they had a coupon and asked if I wanted to use that and I said yes and gave them my debit card. Several minutes goes by and then they ask me to drive back through the drive through line. I said no I’ve gone through the line six times now and I’ve been waiting for the medicine you have right there for 18 hours now. Charge the card I gave you and let me have the medicine for my sick kid I’m not leaving here until I do. I was as patient as I could be this whole time but that broke me. I will not be giving them another chance for my business it was way too difficult and took way too long.

Waited at the photo center for 20 minutes and no one wanted to help me. Saw three employees walking around and no one stopped to think to ask if i needed help. I flagged someone down and he said he would get someone and no one came by.
Pretty pathetic showing by the staff here. I can understand if we were talking peak hours but it was at 8 PM and more employees than customers.

Leticia and Kendall were so helpful today! I needed to do a store return and lost my ID but they were extremely helpful in ensuring great customer service. I was able to do a store credit return with their help and patience!

This isn't our normal pharmacy, but was the only place open on a holiday. The service was incredibly quick and the CPhT, Jaden, was super friendly and helpful. We appreciate you being open and the great service. Thank you!

I had a prescription sent over here for the 1st time. Waited over 30 minutes to get my sons medicine. When I get home the bag the medicine is in says my sons name so I take it out put it on the counter. Come the next day I’m going to give him, his medicine and the bottle has a prescription for an adult - to treat epilepsy and anxiety(NOT RECOMMENDED FOR AGES UNDER THREE). HES A 2 YEAR OLD!I called the pharmacy- a tech named Christine answers and acts like it’s no big deal and to come in and they will fix it. I asked to have it be filled anywhere else or a different Walgreens and she says she can’t, she needs me to come in person. Super rude and no concern. We hung up and called back to speak to someone else named Micheal- a tech.We asked for the pharmacist and was told they won’t be in tomorrow. And gave us the name Rosina. We hung up again- come to find out by law there has to be a pharmacist on duty. Absolutely no concern wrong medicine was given out. And either lied about the pharmacist being there or are filling prescriptions without a pharmacist present. DO NOT FILL YOUR MEDICINE HERE- we are lucky we didn’t give it to him and looked at the bottle. Obviously I crossed out addresses and names for privacy- I hope the adult Roberts- actually got the medicine for her epilepsy and anxiety because a baby steroid won’t help that

If you don't want to get robbed, never ever go to Walgreens. I paid $20 to get the testing done for Covid/ Flu. They sent you the results back by email, which is very convenient since you don't need to go back to get it. But the part that they don't tell you is that if you get positive, you need to pay either $33 for an online chat or $45 for a video call to determine if you need any prescription. Save your money. Go to an urgent care or family doctor facility, pay your copay, which in most cases is no more than $20, and you can get tested and prescribed on a single visit. Walgreens doesn't care about your health. You are a way for them to get easy money playing with people's health.
