No matter what you do, how long you wait or how many buttons you push you will NEVER get ahold of an actual person. A carrier told my ring camera he couldn't leave a package at my door, & to call & reschedule (sure I have no problem trying). Unfortunately he left no slip, & since calling is a great way to waste an hour of your life & accomplish literally nothing, I'll have to take time off of work to get a package the size of a baseball instead of being able to opt for redelivery or anything else.

Seriously the nicest USPS office with the best service! This is not the closest location but I drive an extra 10 mins just for the smiles and friendly chatter.

Called to let them know of some issues with mail carrier pick up and Ivana has been really patient and kind - she even remembers the name of our business. Thank you so much for your help!

Same excellent experience . Had an important package delivered to the wrong address on a Saturday, filed a report in attempt to track it down. Got a call from the local Magnolia USPS office the following day. ON A SUNDAY. The package was located and delivered on Monday. Outstanding customer service - doesn't get better than that.

All of the clerks inside the office are very nice and helpful and pleasant. My complaint lies with whoever it is that is responsible for my mail and package delivery. At least 5 to 10 times a month. We get somebody else's mail delivered to us and we end up taking it to them. Just yesterday, I received notice that at package had been delivered I went to my cluster box and there was a key for box number 2P. I put the key in to open the door and get my package but the lock was completely jammed and would not open. I kept the key intending to go to the post office as it was a Sunday and I was going to go on Monday. However, before I got there when I went to check my regular mail there was a box opened sitting on top of the cluster box and something told me I needed to check and see. And sure enough it was my package that had been opened by someone else and luckily they left it because I apparently had nothing of value that they wanted. How does this happen? And why is it consistently happening here and always related to the carriers? Look at all the feedback running as far back as 6 to 7 years. Same complaints! At this point I'm going to get the postmaster inspector general involved because this is flat out federal law that they are breaking by opening our mail. The only way that that package could have gotten out was the carrier had to have placed it in somebody else's box after realizing that I wasn't able to pick it up in my box and yet they didn't leave me a key to whatever new box it was. So someone else was able to get my mail. My package open it up and thankfully at least left it because it was just some soup, but the point is what happens when somebody is expecting delivery of medicine? Or something else is critical to their health that they need right away? This needs to be addressed and address quickly.

I mailed a card from this Post Office placing it in the outside drive up box. This was two weeks ago. It was going to Trinity, TX not far away. I put it in the box about 10:30 am. I made sure I put enough postage just in case, I put two stamps on it. I haven't gotten it back nor has my sister received it. This isn't the first time this happened at the same place. I mailed our mortgage payment from here. Two months later I received my envelope ripped half into with no check inside. I will never use that box again.

Recently moved here and have nothing but good things to say about this post office. They are very fast and efficient. I sell things through Facebook Marketplace and I'm normally in and out of here withing 5-10min.

The employees at the Magnolia post office are great every time I go in there. Always very helpful, and very nice. I made a claim yesterday for a missing package, and a very nice lady called me today...on Sunday, to let me know how they were handling the situation. I could not love this more. Because that told me that they care about their customers. Mistakes are made sometimes... We're all human. I also have to add that the one carrier I have met was fabulous. He asked me if it was okay to pull into my driveway to deliver large packages. Of course I said yes , anytime. I love the Magnolia post office.

Been at my address for 18 yrs they keep delivering my mail to another address, when I call they lie to me tell me someone is going to get the mail or package to me. I got my medicine delivered somewhere and they never found it. I called they told me the mail was sorted somewhere else and when I told them I was going to file a complaint with the Office of the Inspection General they hung up! They need to get a new station manager or something to help solve the problems. This is the lowest rated Post Office in the area.

My mail person keeps delivering mail and packages to the wrong address. I called and complained, they would not listen. One time I put mail in the mailbox for him to pick up, I had the flag up and all. He put the flag down and left it in the mailbox. I don't have a car right now, so that makes it hard for me to get to the post office to mail anything. They need to get rid of all the jokers in the Magnolia TX ports office and get people that knows how to do there job.

This location is pretty busy, but the service is amazing. Very nice clerks. The place is kept clean and they don't skip a beat w/o ensuring that everything is completed and if you'll need them stamps. ? I did. Lol. Keep up the great work USPS!

5.21.23 I really am on the fence about 3 stars or 4.The outside of this location needs some attention. It had more weeds than grass and they were extremely tall. The inside had quite a few P.O. Boxes if you are in need of renting one. The service area was small but they had 2 mail personnel working. I came here looking for my lost package. Being new to this area I am not sure which post office delivers my mail. The gentlemen who helped me - did just that. But I could tell he hates his job. He seemed so miserable. (Life's too short to work somewhere you hate...just sayin')This ended up being the wrong location to find my package unfortunately. If I need stamps or to mail something I would stop here again because it is the closest post office to me now.
