Were very helpful above and beyond on an Amazon return I had processed improperly. They could have refused it or charged me for a box but instead Brian Plisco helped me cancel the return and redo it for the free drop off. Hats off to this store.

There's always a long line in this store in Magnolia FM2878, usually only 1 or 2 at most people in the front for a 8 people line. Very low efficiency compare with the Woodlands store. The only reason I come here is for the location but I try to avoid this store if I can. Please hire more people!

Great store, always clean and staff is very friendly. It does get busy but they are very quick and get you in and out. Came in right before they closed, still handled my last minute request with grace, dignity and a smile. Assistant Manager Brian P. was a badass tonight. Awesome service my friend.

Rodrigo is cool and helpful and nice. Other younger guy with the earbuds is about as pleasant as a fart.

The guys there are very unhelpful and lazy. Just didn't want to accept return, even though I followed all the instructions. Lazy and rude.
