I have been shopping at tractor supply for many years. I recently bought in February of this year. A cub cadet Zero Turn. Mower. After only a few weeks one of the Deck pulleys Just Snapped off.
Since I bought an extended warranty, and only had it a few weeks I called Tractor Supply to see what to do. It has taken over a week for them to come pick up and the service center happens to be 60 miles away from where I live. When the guy picked up the mower he told me it would be at least four weeks before they would get to it. That puts me in a bond after spending over $4000 on a brand new mower I’m very disappointed and very frustrated at this time. I also have HOA and still have to keep my lawn mowed. Update…. It’s been 2 weeks now and I still haven’t gotten any updates on WHEN I will get my mower back!!!!

If I could leave no stars I would! The dog wash has gone downhill! It was filthy! Empty soap bottles, rusty tools, dirty tools, leaking dog sink, leaking sprayer etc! Very poorly taken care of now. My dog was standing in dirty bath water because the drain was so clogged with others dog hair! I had to stop, take my dog out and pull the drain trap out. It was filled with hair! The dirty towels were overflowing in the towel bin. It is advertised that they provide a waterproof apron with service. Not true. Not one to be found. Tractor supply you need to do better! I will be calling and making a complaint as well!

I went in to Tractor Supply about a week ago to look for something to plant my little "Icebox Watermelon" in and also to find something that the watermelon vines could grow on. Nora the most fabulous employee came up to me asking if I needed any help... she was SO kind and SO helpful! I explained what I needed and also that I would need the proper kind of soil. She was amazing and so joyful!! I got everything I needed because of her. She also helped me carry everything out to the car as well!! Thanks so much Nora for your help and making my shopping experience fun! Oh and my Icebox Watermelon is already taking off!! :-)

We've been doing business with this store for several years. I buy animal food & supplies, work clothes, tools & gardening supplies and other outdoor items. We went there yesterday for some work pants. I'm pretty hard on my clothes & they have a good selection of heavy duty pants. They were kind of sparse on my size, which seems to be pretty common in most stores (36x32). There was a young man, tall & thin with a cowboy hat, working there who went above & beyond trying to help me find stuff in my size & giving me tips on how to get more mileage out of my work pants. They have almost everything you need for country life! They have a website too. The store probably wouldn't be big enough to contain everything you can find on their website, but they will ship anything you order to the store nearest you. I recommend TS.

This tractor supply is close to my house and is definitely my go to store. I am able to get different animal care products here, fill my propane tank and get little odds and ends that I need. Everyone here has always been nice and helpful. Will definitely be back.
