The tour was awesome! We saw this apartment last minute and decided to tour. It’s a 30 min drive from my house but the amenities and overall apartment was so intriguing that we had to come visit. We were super skeptical of the apartment because the pricing and amenities seemed unreal. But we gave it a shot and we were not disappointed!!!! We immediately applied that same night and now are looking to move in 2 weeks! Jason was absolutely phenomenal, super kind, funny, knowledgeable, respecting the need for privacy to discuss. NOT PUSHY WHATSOEVER!!! We felt like the decision was ours to make without a salesmen down our throat. It was perfect and we’ve toured several apartments so that’s saying something! I 10/10 recommend you at least give touring a shot!

Apartments are great. Good amenities, safe area, beautiful complex with views of the lake. Jason was great helping us tour. He knew the answer to our questions and helped our pick our first ever home. Strongly recommend this complex

Beautiful complex, well maintained and you can tell the people who work here really care about the homes and residents! We were having a hard time finding just the right place for our son and first time renter. Jason did a great time introducing us to the complex and the move in process is smooth and well handled! Jason has been incredibly responsive in all our questions, thoughts, emails and calls! We are happy to call this place home!

I lived in these apartments for 2 years and absolutely loved it. I believe they changed management atleast 3 times while I was there though. The apartments are nice and usually quiet. However, the walls are kind of thin and you can hear everything upstairs. They have great communication, every time I call with a concern, they either email me or call me back within 24 hours to give me an update. Also, maintenance comes within 24-48 hours. The reason I am giving them 4 stars is because my building’s elevator was out for almost 2 months and I had to pay my moving company $200 extra dollars due to the flights of stairs.Overall, extremely nice apartment, I would recommend living here.

The experience from transferring from one unit to another was horrible I was told two days before my move that I needed to go through different steps to qualify for the apartment when I had been told the whole prior week before I was good and they were just getting the lease ready. I have lived here since 2018 and once new management came in everything started going down hill from who they let move in to the customer service in the front office. The first time I transferred my deposit transferred with me with this new management company then this last time I transferred they told me they would have management clear it out and here I am with a bill for another deposit after I was told they would have management clear it out. The gym equipment is always breaking and it’s the same equipment I have used since I’ve been here. This whole last year or two I’ve been here have been less than average and I definitely miss the old management company.

We were looking for a 1 bedroom apartment. Park at Magnolia was our 4th stop of the day. Jason did a great job of explaining everything they had to offer including how to to search the website to get the best price available. His tour of the available apartments and complex were very complete. If you are looking for an apartment, ask for Jason at the Park at Magnolia. He will treat you right.

I absolutely LOVE living here! I've lived here for over a year and just renewed my lease. I haven't had any major issues besides the elevators randomly going out on the weekends like once every 3 months. The property is beautiful and the grounds are kept very well. The office staff is always helpful and they helped process my apartment transfer really quickly. I'm excited to start a new lease here!I want to send a major shoutout to Jason! He jumped right in and helped get all of my paperwork together and process my transfer quicker than I could have ever imagined.

They didn’t have any availability for 4 bedrooms so we are patiently waiting. Jason was our leasing agent and he was amazing. Very informative and friendly and patient. He followed up with us after our visit. The apartments are beautiful definitely recommend!

Me and my family went here this past week and we had an amazing experience. The person who was showing us around was Jason. He was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. The property is beautiful and we love that they are pet friendly.

I am currently in the process of relocating with my son. I did a tour here during my visit and I am pleased with the property along with the great customer service I received. It was a pleasure working with Jason. After having a bad encounter at a different location I was worried about coming here. I really liked the apartments and how comfortable Jason made me feel by being able to answer all my questions. Trying to relocate with an infant is scary but he was very understanding and patient.

I relocated to Park at Magnolia from out of state, sight unseen, because of the distance. The only thing I could go by were the photos the company posted online. The apartment, to my delight, is exactly as pretty as the pictures. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful and Jennifer was the agent there that assisted me with my application and move-in needs. The community is pleasant and quiet and a close drive to everything you might need in Magnolia. The gym and pool are pretty and there is a walking path on the property with lots of trees. The elevators and having my trash picked up right at my door at night are great amenities. I’ve met several people in my building and they are all nice. There’s nothing like having good neighbors, especially when you’re new to the area!
