my girlfriends mom had a strong shake from the front end of her truck, she decided to bring it here and have them diagnose it. they quoted $3500 in suspension and labor to fix the issue, I decided to go look at it myself, within 5 minutes I saw the separated belt in the tire. that was the shake. 100% trying to take advantage of women that don't know better. pitiful and piss poor shop. sorry excuses of "men" working there taking advantage of women

I had a problem with my BakFlip and they turned it in for warranty purposes and now i have a new one free of charge. They are AWESOME! Not my first truck i have brought to them and i will bring all my future business to them.

Very Sad & Don’t Profile People…..After driving 35 minutes in 2 vehicles to get an estimate, we were told no one was there to give us one so we would need to make an appointment. This was after calling the day before and being told come on in.To make matters worse our son was walking in before us and headed straight to the bathroom and was profiled by the guy at the desk and stopped and asked where he was going. We have not only had a previous trucks suspension replace along with a leveling kit done from them we have gone in for other parts as well.They not only wasted our time but made us feel like we weren’t worth theirs. Its extremely disappointing, do business there at your own risk.Update: Reply from owner states that we came in on Christmas Eve but the shop is not open on Sundays. Also, both my husband and I very clearly heard the employee say, and I quote "Where Are You Going?!". Your employees said that you, Scott, are a "Yes Man" and that's why you said to go ahead and come in on Saturday. Take it as you may, we wont be doing business with you.

I purchased a new truck on December 29, 2023 on on January 2, 2024 I took my truck up to Texas truck Works to have them put a spray in bedliner in. They did an outstanding job price was fair and was back within four hours. We definitely recommend them for future service request.

This is the place to go for your truck needs. I had a leveling kit done the first time. Looks great and was a very good price. The last one was more tricky. My truck has been to dealership multiple times for a noise in the front end with no luck solving. Texas truck works took 1/2hr to find the problem. Found a solution at a very resonable price and fixed it. The other thing is when you make a appt.with them they work on it at the time the appt was made for. I hate making an appt. and then leaving it and it gets worked on tbe next day at dealership.

This place is absolutely horrible. Do not take anything here. Do not order anything through them for your vehicles. Absolutely horrible service. Was suppose to have a radio and back up camera installed within 3 days and did not happen until 3 weeks later. Decided to give them another shot ordered some shocks for my truck and they ordered the wrong ones with my old ones in hand. So was suppose to order the correct ones and be in two days did not happen. Absolutely horrible.

Lol called for a quote mentioned what I have and was shut down immediately never asked year it was just automatically NO lmao I figure since I have my own parts already and was asking for labor part to be done it was NO I did get a pretty good explanation on equipment I have lol I've done my share of lifts so 90% of what was said was ridiculous but hey I understand y'all are too busy for low lying fruit . I appreciate it .

If you want to waste your time and money, and be disappointed, this is your place. All three were a result of my planned visit, and resulted in nothing being repaired as planned. These people can't schedule anything except their wasted time and blaming everything on the customers misunderstanding of what the customer expected. I wasted half a day there before realizing they weren't going to do the planned work anytime soon, so departed for a business that really cares. Skip this place until they become serious about their customers, and learn to schedule.

Needed a couple things added to my 22 Bronco. They completed the work and one the adds wasn't working as I expected it to. I called back the next day and spoke to them and they said bring it in and we'll make it right. They did. I know, I know, businesses should. It's sad to say that's not always the case. It's so nice to know I can trust this shop to stand behind their work. It was my first experience with TTW and they've earned repeat business from me without question. Thanks TTW, you guys are fantastic!

I first met Scott and Karen at Trail Hero in 2022. Them and their team provided outstanding service and the best prices on Nitto 42’s and KMC 20” wheels. They are my go to for any parts for my jeep.
