Everyone that I dealt with from the very first phone call was very nice and professional. I took my son’s PS5 to be repaired and the technician was very detailed and determined to fix the problem. It was ready for pickup within two days and my son is very pleased, as his console is like new!Gadget Repair quoted me the most reasonable price for many miles and I highly recommend their services!

I see many people are happy with this place, but I wasn't. They will not get my business again. I don't even know where to start. I have nothing positive to say with my experience. It ended with them still charging me even though the device was not fixed and they didn't give me my power cord back

Had a sign on door BE BACK IN 10 MINUTES. After no one came in 15 minutes I called the number on note. Lady said she’d be back in like 10 minutes. Told me to leave my item to be repaired at the ice cream shop next door. No thanks! Poor customer service.

An absolute amazing place! The staff was very kind, and they were able to fix up my brothers Logitech G602 Mouse! I will definitely be coming back here again for when ever my mouse kicks the bucket. (They soldiered on new buttons to fix a double click.)
