Stopped in this afternoon to consider using Smart Financial for a new vehicle car loan. Amber answered all my questions and was very friendly, I would recommend using them hands down.

Steer clear of this particular location if at all possible! Elaine opened 3 new accounts for us in addition to an already existing account. Immediately we started having issues with being able to access our payroll checks (they were placed on a 7 day hold every week) even though I had been a member with outstanding account history for nearly two years. Elaine never mentioned this would happen, not once, during the entire setup process. Fast forward three months later and we are now receiving account fees because Elaine did not set up our accounts properly.Not impressed at all!**Update** Stephen Overbeck reached out to resolve the mess Elaine created because he saw the bad review. He was supposed to have solved the problem, however, almost a month later we are still having the same issue.

Run the other way! The people that work here only see you as a number not a customer. I don't have the patience to go into detail but because of a mistake and absolutely no follow up on there end, I somehow ended up having my house insured by two insurance companies brokered through these folks. I didn't find out about that untill my escrow account went way negative because of the double insurance billing. I will eventually get a refund but now the low escrow account has impacted my monthly mortgage payment, it's increased a few hundred dollars a month. This is the last time they will have any of my business.
