Terrible customer service. Employees move like pond water and act like they're doing you a favor to wait on you. Ignore individual customers to only deal with commercial customers.

6.3.23 Stopped in here to pick up more paint. (Will we ever be done with this remodel!??) I bought the best coverage paint and it was around $80 for a gallon. When did paint get so darn expensive? I have never been to this location before and the lady who help me was very friendly(sorry forgot to get her name) This location in Magnolia is closer to me now so I'm sure I will be stopping here a few more times in my future.

We purchased paint to trim out our house and had an extremely helpful salesman help us. After telling him about our experience with paint we purchased from both of the big box stores, he recommended the perfect paint and it was the best of all three painted we used. All of our paint we will ever buy again will come from Sherwin Williams.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! My wife and I entered the store to buy some paint. There were 4 salesman in the store. One was busy with a customer. The other three were not with any customers and NONE of them either greeted us to say "We'll be right with you" or gave us a second look. One salesman walked right by us....never acknowledged our presence. After standing at their check in/out desk for about 3-4 mins, we left.....again not a word spoken to us. WE will NEVER return to that store.
