I was in today to get some candles. I had my 3 year old and 1 year old with me so I quickly got what I needed and headed to the checkout counter. When I got there an employee was behind the counter and a woman was standing on the other side of the counter. I thought she was being checked out so I waited my turn, finally realizing after waiting quite some time that she wasn’t checking out she was just chatting with the employee. They were sharing pictures and going on and on about cakes while, a customer trying to buy products, stood in line looking on. The employee looked me right in the eye and didn’t acknowledge me or make any moves to get someone else to check me out. Finally after some time another employee came up behind me and asked if I was ready to check out, I said yes and at that time a third employee behind the counter called me over to another register. All the while the original employee and her friend just kept chatting. It was so rude and unprofessional and I really couldn’t believe it as I’ve been in so many times and everyone is always so nice and ready to help. I hope someone can have a discussion and remind this employee that a customer comes before her visiting with a friend.

2.9.24 I have driven by RND a few times since we moved to the area. They have a lot of outdoor furniture on their front porch. I kept saying I was going to stop in one day. Well today was that day! O M G, what a COOL place! They have everything you could ever want in here. I mean everything....furniture, western & regular wear for men, women and I think children too. Tons of home decor, food, spices, holiday decor, linens, pillows and sooo much more. I took a lot of photos to post. You will see what I mean about "everything". So many cool things to purchase. First, let me say, the ladies who work here are just the sweetest. They stop and ask if you are looking for anything special and take you right to it. I was looking for some new rain boots and I was hoping they had some. One of sweet ladies took me right to them. (Wish I would have found out her name) I found the cutest pair and she took them up to register so I could continue shopping. (I'll post a photo) My hubby is NOT a shopper but surprising he was with me on my visit here. He told me the restroom was the CLEANEST restroom HE HAS EVER BEEN IN! WOW! If you are looking for clothes for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, this is the place to go!!!! Also, this a great place for those special gifts for hard to buy people. They had a lot of unique gifts that you don't see every where. I will definitely be shopping here again! Please look at all the photos I am posting, some cool cool stuff!

If you have an old gift card, good luck trying to use it. I went in to purchase an item, gave them my gift card and it wouldn't scan. They said they have updated their system and it won't take old gift cards anymore. (Also something about the gift cards being compromised) I had $65 on it that has now just gone to waste.

Wow! We loved it here. The majority of the items are good quality and reasonably priced. Make sure you go in with a design plan in mind otherwise you’ll end up with a lot of things that might or might not fit. But that only speaks to how cool things are in this store. We will definitely be going back. If you haven’t been, take my word, it’s worth the trip!

Somehow they got my 1 star review removed.So I’ll re add it every time I see it gone.Owner is awful and customer blames. Staff makes excuses for the owner.Terrible experience after spending thousands. Owner is lazy and craftsmanship is below average. Will never spend another dime in this overpriced store.
