They offer deals on many dog treats if you look around while you are there! Fair priced, and also you accumulate per purchase of each bag of food. You get the 10th bag free I believe. (Make an account) Pets live long time, and i will save how ever I can. Always a friendly staff too!

We've brought our German Shepherd in to this location a few times before and experienced good service but this time was a different story. We were told we couldn't bring her in any more because of her age. Evidently they now have a policy to not service dogs greater than 12 years of age. When we picked her up, they asked if she's had trouble standing to which we acknowledged and explained she has been receiving treatment. Then when checking out, we paid with cash and the cashier commented, "oh so you found a way to avoid paying the tip."

These guys are awesome. Always so friendly and willing to help. Just took my dog in for a nail filing and they did a great job. They have awesome prices too!

This place is really awsome and has great service with really sweet people working at what they love.They really went out of there way to help me get what I needed for my rescue puppy.I cant aford to take him to a vet at this time but they helped me get vitamins and every thing that I needed for the moment.And I really recommend everyone to check it out.Also have decent prices on most everything...

From a friend of mine needless to say I will never go to this business for any pet needs!I generally don't post negative reviews about businesses, however, I had made an appointment for dog grooming at Petsense in Magnolia. It was a very unpleasant experience. The staff was rude, rude, and more rude. Including the manager on duty. They spoke over me and wouldn't let me explain what I wanted done. When I told them I would go elsewhere the reply was fine we don't care. Furthermore, when I said I would probably leave a poor review the person said "Good they do not care. So, really save yourselves a waste of time and skip them.

Had an appointment to have my border collies groomed. They DID NOT WANT TO GROOM THEM !!! SAID FUR WILL NOT GROW BACK IF COAT IS TRIMMED BACK. Then told me my dog is up healthy. My dogs go to the vet regularly. This is the second time they did not want to groom them. The first time I cam I was very happy. Second time was just ok but did not cut them the way I asked. Thought I would give it another chance. However super rude. Don't take your pets there.
