Perfect community nestled in the heart of old Magnolia. If you want the comfort of living in a family like community this is your go to spot for sure. This community offers a great Manager and outstanding Maintenance. You just can’t get any better than this management team. The pool is always blue and welcoming.

It's a pretty decent apartment complex. It has a lawn adjecent to it for walking dogs. Unfortunately not everyone cleans up after their dogs. Definitely don't go running around on that lawn with your nice shoes.
