We called Rickey when my son’s car suddenly died in the middle of the road. He was out to help us in 20min and towed the car to a nearby repair shop. Fast and reliable, would definitely use him again.

Sadly, I called this guy and said he only handles things he has time for wants to do. His direct quote was if I get called on a wreck. I make more money and that’s what I make time for. Sad to say, but I won’t call him to haul a classic anymore, not where he makes his money. His wife also verbally assaulted me because I questioned their performance to their customers that could be calling. Told me I was a class because I said that was bad customer service. Fast, fair quote over the phone. 100% would use Papa’s Towing again.Rickey was quick to respond when a curb popped two of my tires and I needed a tow to a tire shop in The Woodlands. He gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and stuck to it. I now have him saved in my phone if I ever need a tow in the future. Thanks again, Rickey!

Papa's towing, brought our neighbor home and when leaving he knock our mailbox over! I called him the next day after getting the info from my neighbor. He acted as if I was lying, or just don't have a mailbox. He says he never saw a mailbox. Pretty bad if you're a tow truck driver and you don't see the mailboxes around you.

While working Uber eats, I got to the residence to delivery the food. The only choices available to park was on the street or the visiting section of this apartment complex. It took a while to locate the exact apartment as they are made funny. Once I located the apartment , I then went to the door to deliver the food it took about 2 mins or so for the lady to come to the door I then walked back to where my car was parked and it was gone. At. 1st I thought someone had stolen it, then some nice random person told me it was towed. I then called around to tow yards to get my car $256 later, I explained to the tow yard I was delivering food I didn’t live there nor did I know anyone who lived there. They gave me the name and the phone number of the tow truck company that towed my car I then called this Tow yard Papas Towing I called the tow yard I was asked for my personal information and informed the gentleman that I was only conducting a food delivery. That I wasn’t visiting anyone. He then said too bad you should have read the signs of the apartment complex. I then explained to him again. That I was working. He said well the apartment resident should have told I then explained for the 3rd time that I was working I don’t know who the resident isi feel like I’m being scammed. I am a 23 years old whom just gotten off my regular 9-5 and decided to Uber food to make extra money for repairs on the same car just gotten towed the man then started cursing at me and hung up. I tried to call back several times and he hung up everytime. People shouldn’t be treated this way. I will try and call back in the morning and speak to the manager. ( I asked him several times could I speck to someone else because he was very un professional yelling and cursing at a customer) I asked for his name repeatedly and he wouldn’t give it.
