I bought a Ooze bag here. Took it home and tried to set the combination and noticed a piece was missing so it wouldn't lock. Now i live over a hour from this place so i am 5 weeks trying to get back their. When i do they tell me no refund and no exchange. But when i bought it i was told if i had any issues to come back.
