I'm new to Magnolia & I went to On Stage in Beaumont when I lived there so going here was a must. Nikki did such a great job on my hair. She listened to what I wanted & delivered! Thanks A bunch Nikki! I think I found my new hair stylist!

I booked with Brandi as a first time client. Received a call the morning of my appointment saying she was sick and had to cancel my appointment. Little did she know, her and I have a mutual friend that follows her on Instagram. That same day she was posting pictures of herself posing by a pool in a bikini. I was also told by my friend she canceled the day of with her as well. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

I’m so happy with the hair cut. Trish knows how to manage my wavy hair, she understood exactly what I wanted, she cut with layers and face frame perfectly. Very nice place and friendly staff.

I made appointment for consultation for my colour and hair extensions. When I asked on the phone if there is any charge I was told is not. At the end I was asked to pay $20. Apparently there is separate fees for extensions $50. When I voiced my concern by the desk , that I was told there is no fee those two ladies look at me confused . One of them I believe receptionist give me her pocker face I way I should be happy they asked only $20. Both of them attitude is absolutely not acceptable. Whole atmosphere is strange and the lady Vinesa obviously doesn’t know anything about extensions. Non either colour specialist. This totally throw me off and even after this they was pushing me to get appointment to proceed . I would stay away from that place! No one is friendly and helpful!. Worst experiences I had in the hair salon !
