If you need windows for a mobile home, do NOT call this place!!! Or, just call another place all together. This was a VERY unpleasant call for me. Funny thing is that they treated me this way years ago when I went into their shop next door! Incredibly RUDE women!!! Towards me, anyway. I had just forgotten...Forgetting their poor customer service completely, I just called their glass side of this business to get a price on a window today. The lady who answered was just not nice. She couldn't get past the fact that the glass I needed them to cut was for a mobile home. As soon as I told her the window was for a mobile home her tone, her attitude, and her demeanor immediately changed to... oh... a mobile home. Incomprehensible to her, it seemed. Beneath her. Like I was a bottom dweller begging for help.I tried to be polite, regardless. I told her to not get hung up on the 'mobile home' part! It's an octagon shaped window that can be installed (and is, btw) on homes everywhere! Not just mobile homes, but regular homes (seemingly in her opinion... "higher class people's" homes).It's an Octagon. I'm not even going to get into her not understanding the even dimensions of an octagon! She kept asking me height AND width. They're the same!!! Like a stop sign is the same all around. I said 31.5 x 31.5 in all directions! I'm sure their glass department can cut a piece of glass that shape. I gracefully bowed out and just ordered the whole window on Amazon. Forget trying to buy a custom piece cut, or beveled, or whatever. If it's for a mobile home, they say...Ewwww!

Milstead installed my walk in shower glass and mirrors in 3 bathrooms. They were professional, quick, and fairly priced. I would use again.

I dealt with a worker who does the residential glass named Max and he was a complete jerk and he cusses for problems that are not even near needed for that kind of tone

I had a broken window due to my son's baseball and wish I would have called them sooner. The installers that came out were so nice, professional, and helpful. The price was reasonable as well.

Michael, who was very helpful and professional, just came and installed my new glass desk top and a mirror in my hall bath. I could not be more happy with how everything turned out, and my experience using this business was top notch! I definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future if I ever need glass or mirrors. Thank you!

Great customer service. Even though they missed the first appointment they had a logical and acceptable explanation, it was getting late and they offered to send a crew out, I informed it would be dark and I feared for their safety as the glass in the master bedroom was shattered. They apologized and explained without fail a crew would be at my home on Friday. The crew showed up as promised and performed an excellent job. They were courteous and professional.

I found out that my shower is just built in an antiquated way, and I kind of expected it from my builder. Milstead didn't have the piece that I needed, to keep my door closed, though I did find it on Amazon, from their suggestion. Extremely clean place. Seems like prices are pretty competitive & they had good suggestions. I'd recommend them.

I contacted three other glass places prior to contacting Milstead due to their Yelp reviews; none of the other places replied to my request. When I submitted an on line request to Milstead, I was contacted right away and was able to get an appointment the next day. They arrived during the appointment window and were fast and courteous. I only needed the glass replaced in a broken window (a simple job), so I was glad Milstead made it a simple process. I would definitely use them again.

We were behind a Milstead Glass truck on I35 and a piece of glass that it was carrying sheared off and showered our car with glass shards, this caused significant damage. We submitted an estimate for what it would take to fix the damage (as requested by a Milstead employee) and after several follow-up emails we have not been contacted. This company cannot be trusted.

Used them for downstairs master bath enclosure, upstairs walk in bath glass walls, office cabinet door glass with inside glass shelf. Everything fits, a few glitches but they got them resolved.

So far we are at 7 visits back to our house to correct problem with our shower and window install. The job gets pushed off on tech after tech, still not fixed. Although thay have been paid in full and the job is not quality work.
