Overall, I adore the Magnolia Family Medicine staff in general. Everyone is so kind. Angie in the pharmacy is incredibly helpful. I ran into an issue with my prescription coverage. She did her own research and was able to help me find a solution. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Love this pharmacy! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable. They help find alternatives when my insurance doesn’t cover a medication. I will not go back to major chain pharmacies again.

Today Saturday. I was on hold for 31 minutes. The Saturday person only answered when my daughter went down there for medicine. She told her I was still on hold. Very unprofessional. She states she made a mistake by not coming back to phone. Sure did. Could have told me to call back that she was busy. But to leave someone on hold like that is wrong

EXCELLENT service and product. I was very loyal to my grocery store pharmacy & another chain for years, & assumed that all "private" pharmacies would be expensive or not covered by my insurance. I was wrong. I am so glad that MFM pharmacy takes the time to help me find the best option & always answers my questions. You don't have to be a patient next door to use this pharmacy. The people that work there are friendly & professional, there is rarely a wait, and there is a drive up window that is answered promptly. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
