Huge shout out to JOE, who went above and beyond yesterday to find a suitable replacement for an obsolete broken thing! I have shopped here many times. EVERY time, I am helped by friendly, knowledgeable people who do their absolute best to make my visit a good one. This store offers the kind of shopping experience that will never be found in a big, chain store.

I have 20 years living in magnolia always was perfect in magnolia hardware , except today in propane refills 3 times I was to call them an wait for 25 minutes young men just walking around.

Saturday May 20th 9:30am2 older ladies very dry and not interested in helping customers. One of them looked like all she wanted to do was sleep. Very disappointed as I have always had good service when I have gone there in my 6 + years living in Magnolia area.

Have appreciated past performance of this small town merchant; the last visit was a disappointment. They've forced me to go elsewhere for mower tune-up parts they used to carry. That being said, I still use them for most everything else.

3.18.22We needed some paint supplies so we stopped in here hoping they would have what we needed. Bonus, they had exactly what we were looking for and much more. The staff were very friendly and the store had so much stuff. Everything from tools to lightbulbs, painting supplies to plumbing stuff. They also fill propane tanks here. Glad we have this convenient hardware store close by.

Some people have complained you're not open on Sunday! Good for you! A day for the owners and workers to spend time with THEIR families which this world needs more of. Handy for those things you need without having to drive to Tomball to the big box store. They had items that the big box store didn't in time of emergency (like pipe insulation during the freeze)! Cudos!
