Had to ask to check tire pressure didnt fill washer bin didnt ask if i wanted air filter changed worst visit ever very disappointed didnt check battery didnt let me see dipstick to see if oil was filled had to ask to see that

PSA if you’re getting an inspection: Unfortunately, I went for my inspection and was told my car couldn’t pass because my tint is at 45%. Illegal tint is under 25%. The guy offered to pass my car if I paid him $50 extra. I don’t want to assume anything but I really feel like I was getting scammed. Why should I pay when my car is at the legal limit? Super crazy because my car was literally purchased from the dealership and wasn’t pre owned nor have I ever changed the tint on the windows after purchasing.

Valvoline products and great service.
Edit: I visited three times I believe and the staff is nice. However, air dam on my civic was not reattached properly. Family went to Valvoline in/near College Station whom confirmed and trashed the part. I contacted Valvoline to plan reimbursement and received no response. Honda wants $200+ to replace.

Fantastic service! As a person who knows very little about cars, heading in to a shop (even for something as minor as an oil change) is stressful. Ari and Conner took great care of me, the service was friendly and knowledgeable. There was no high pressure upselling. It was also fast and super convenient. Thank you!

The manager, Tre, is awesome! I had an issue with an oil leak after an oil change at a different store and called this Valvoline location. He wanted to make it right even though his store didn’t do my oil change. He put the customer first and represented Valvoline with excellence by offering to stay past when the store closed to get me taken care of.

The technician Conner had top tier customer service and was very knowledgeable and made sure he checked everything and was very honest about the services that I did and did not need.
