I needed a cart since I'm disabled. The cart at the entrance wasn't working. I had to use a regular cart, as I walked towards to frozen foods, I was passed by a manager, shirt Hispanic male. He asked if I was ok, I told him I needed a mobile cart and the one at the front wasn't working. He smiled yeah its broken and then walked off. I went ahead on my way to continue shopping dragging my legs. He saw me later and saw me struggling and just smiled and continued on his conversation. Besides him, limited options on items like kool-aid and simply juices. There were only 2 check out lanes open.

Antoine is extremely dedicated, and is an amazing cart boy. He retrieves all of the random carts in the road swiftly, and looked great doing it!!! He needs a raise!!!

I can’t shop at a place like this. Kroger, you should put more investment in customer service and improve your company culture.

Very disappointed at this location. It is 5:30pm on a Tuesday and self check out is closed and only 4 registers open. Each line backed up. Here I am with two items. Management can do better.

I'm not sure if they make the Boar's Head sandwiches there or if they are shipped, but they need to quit offering them for purchase until the item's quality control is lined out. I bought one sandwich. Luckily I opened it in the parking lot to eat. To my disappointment, the bottom half of the bread was cut in a manner that made it split. I took it back inside to swap for another. They happily swapped it. Thank you for that. However, the second was no better, but at this point, I didn't have the time to go back in and try again. Attached are images of the two sandwiches. Whoever is responsible for the bread being cut is doing a worthless job.

Do better Kroger. My experience today was very poor. Only one self checkout area was open leading to long lines. The attendant in the available self checkout area was so preoccupied with building a ballon bouquet for another customer that almost all, including me, needed assistance before we could proceed to finish scanning items. My husband and I were waiting for an ID check to buy alcohol. I had enough time to run away and grab an item and came back and she still was not done with the balloons. At this point, the line is filling up and she’s saying sorry but proceeds to play with this big balloon bouquet. She finally comes to check everyone’s register and when she gets to us she informs us that she needs to see both our ID’s. I use Apple Pay so I left my wallet in the car. My husband has his ID available, but he is not allowed to purchase the alcohol because I do not have my ID available. My husband attempted to make a separate transaction for the drinks while I left and went to the car and he was still denied the purchase because they still saw us together. He’s 30, I’m 28. I specifically came to the store because I knew they would have the drinks that I wanted and I only had a few items to purchase. After waiting 10 minutes to check out, not being informed previously that we would both need ID’s, as there is no proper signage specifying that, and speaking to the manager over the phone about the situation to no resolve, I find myself frustrated. I understand policies and rules, but this is something I’ve never encountered at a Kroger. I could’ve easily went to a different grocery store if this was going to be the result. Maybe put up proper signage. If I ever come back to this location I’ll make sure I’ll bring my WHOLE WALLET and maybe my birth certificate to so I don’t deal with such ridiculousness again. Maybe schedule more help as well because the silly lady in self checkout has her priorities mixed.

I found what I needed. They are restocking. Team members ask if they can help you find anything. That meant a lot! Thanks to my Cashier for her great Customer Service and thanks to the young man gathering the carts in the parking lot who offered to help me get my groceries in the car!?

I made a quick stop in here to pick up a few things. The store was busy for lunch time. None of the self help lines were open. Seemed weird.
