Employees are always so sweet and helpful. Dropped off my charm bracelet only an hour before close with a list of things I needed to do to it. I was expecting to pick it up the next day, but they had it ready in less than a half hour and it’s perfect!

My Goddaughter has had trouble learning necklaces and needs care while brushing her hair, but no matter what has happened, JA fixes or replaces with no questions asked. I have many items from them through the 35 years shopping there and always happy with my jewelry and needs there after. A++++ rating!

I've had James Avery Jewelry since I was 13 years old going to Camp Arrowhead in Hunt Texas. I love all their charms, pendants, earrings, and rings.
