“I would like to say the staff was the best in service. We stayed last week due to cypress storms. Hotel was fully booked They were All working so hard and extremely busy. Always smiling and helpful. To the owner, I hope they get a special treat. They deserve it.”

“The management team have been helpful to us, it’s just a shame we needed it. With all of the perils from the storm and as many people have been displaced, it’s understanding that their jobs have been cut out for them! The manager is very sweet and tries to be as accommodating as possible, which I’m thankful for! But… Our ac was clogged so it has been leaking onto the floor, causing a huge wet spot. The maintenance man cleaned the AC and vacuumed up the problem area. We requested to have a handicap room due to my son’s father being paralyzed in half of his body which makes it impossible for him to use the bathroom or be comfortable and safe without grab bars. We were promised early check in(from customer service on a call, not the establishment) which we sort of received. But being displaced has all been so overwhelming regardless! I’m just hoping they switch us to the handicap room Saturday like the management stated because my son’s grandfather won’t stay until we have, which means he is sleeping in his Van and he paid $1000 almost for our time here! The kitchenette was nicely stocked with dishes and the bathroom is stocked with Dove products but they only have 1 serving of coffee! All in all, I would recommend this hotel during a not so busy time! They also serve a nice breakfast buffet :) Don’t mind the sound of the boys playing Minecraft in the background!”

“Nice atmosphere and ample spaces. As an opportunity for improvement are number of restrooms, we were in a conference for two days with over 200 people and restrooms were not sufficient.”
