In Feb 2023, I brought my truck in because it was scratched by another car. Initially I requested a quote to pay out of pocket. They quoted 4k after giving the quote to the responsible party they decided to use their insurance. They resulting cost through insurance was 2k. They did not due the quality of work they should have and my vehicle has suffered since. First when I picked up the truck it had a check engine light on, 2 wiring harnesses were disconnected, the oil cap was missing, the heater was turned to max, there was paint on the exterior plastic and over spray. I had to come back multiple times to get things fixed. The check engine light that was not on when I dropped the truck off had multiple codes and finally to my Catalytic convertors being damaged due to running the truck rich. During the multiple visits they fixed the overspray, reconnected the harnesses (damage was done), and cleaned the plastic. They did nothing about the codes caused by there service and I had to replace my oil cap. Six months later (during our supper summer) I roll down the back window on the door they repainted and it clicks half way up or down. I assume they failed to do something in the door. They did the bare minimum of repair and charged 2k.

Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. I had a small minor dent in the bumper that they “fixed” (for thousands of dollars and took over 2 weeks longer than they said it would). I get my car back with a broken windshield and my bumper completely popped out within a few days (it was fine before). My car is far more damaged than it was when I took it in and I’m out thousands.

Excellent experience!!!My baby (car) got into a minor accident, and needed body work for repairs. I am very happy to say that the vehicle looks PERFECT following the repairs performed by Classic Collision!I am OCD when it comes to my car. This makes me particularly hard to deal with…. However, the team and management at the local Classic Collision branch in Magnolia were amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. I could tell they took pride in their work. After dealing with the shop, they have earned my trust. I will absolutely use this shop for any future body-work/repair needs!Also, after reviewing the repair bill, the prices they charge for the high quality work is very reasonable!! Highly recommended this shop!

I was towed here for after getting rear ended. Dealing with these people was like getting rear ended again. I was told an eta and it passed. No one called. I called and kept getting told a new date. That date would pass and on and on and on...no calls no updates. Poor customer service. A month later get my car. The repair lines are visible and not seamless to the body. I just said whatever. I wasn't taking it back to have it there another month with no news. Go anywhere but here if you value your time and care about results.

Small details on my vehicle repair were skipped over. Did not install proper tint or even clip in all the plastic pieces on my rear door. Very disappointing experience. Still have a piece of my bumper hanging that was not properly attached. I'll have to seek real professionals to get the job done right.Services: Painting

Thank you for doing a great job back in December 2021. I received weekly updated phone texts, the painter did a great job, the tech got my got my car fixed a week earlier then anticipated, We even got a free car wash and vacuum. Rachel the manager does an outstanding job providing great customer care and managing the business. I highly recommend this business. Thank you to all the hard working staff for helping us get back to normal.
