This is the first time l've ever left a negative review, and that's saying something. Saying that the equipment is lackluster, outdated, and basic would be an understatement, and that's just scratching the surface. When I moved four hours away and couldn't make it in before relocating, l reached out to them to cancel my membership.To my disbelief, they demanded proof of residency elsewhere (who does that to their customers?!). I promptly sent them my lease agreement for my new place. Their response? It wasn't sufficient, despite fitting the terms of their predatory contract. They kept charging me and insisted I show up in person to cancel. I disputed the charges with my bank and stopped payments. They retaliated by docking my credit and pawned off my "debt" to a glorified debt collector posing as a lawyer, who has NO LICENSE to practice law in Texas and has been DISBARRED in other states.There are plenty of other gyms in the area offering superior service, equipment, and fair cancellation policies. And guess what? They don't sic ambulance chasers on you to harass you daily!

Great place to call home-base. The staff greets you with a smile and your name. The equipment is top notch. Ii also really enjoyed the yoga class. 10/10 recommend.

I was very impressed with the facility and with Sabrina. She was extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. I'm so glad I stopped by for the tour and initial interview.

Please go somewhere else....the terms of the contract that you sign are almost the same you can sign with Satan.....even paying a 100 dollars early termination fee, they still charge you for another whole month!! It's unbelievable.....

So for at least two years there hasn't been a certified maintenance person to repair the machines. I assume there also isn't an employee with a legit fitness background. I am basing this on the fact that not only are some pieces of equipment in need of maintenance, as they have been for years, some of the machines are literally put together incorrectly. I don't feel safe with that. Hire someone with an ESS degree to run the gym.

This gym has a fantastic variety of machines and enough free weights to survive the after work rush. The classes are great! Especially the studio classes, they’ve given me my biggest results.
