I have a 2012 650i convertible. The car was 'acting up' and the 'other BMW service in The Woodlands' was not providing quality service so I decided to try German High Tech. Vladimir and Brian were professional, correctly diagnosed the issue, provided advice and replaced ignition coils and the engine supports. The work was performed in a timely manner and the results are incredible. This repair was almost 1 year ago to the date of this review - I waited to ensure the car was running correct and I have not had any issues since I brought it to German High Tech. This is my new preferred service provider for my BMW in The Woodlands.

They are not honest people. I brought in my 2015 Audi as it has a noise behind the front right wheel. When I dropped the car, the advisor, Vladimir, never took the time to listen the noise, as I was told they would take care by themselves. I was advised that my car required 3 repairs to be done, however I asked them to perform only those that would resolve the issue of the noise. Vladimir told me what was required to do it and I approved the job. It cost me $2,300. The issue that I wanted to be resolved was not resolver at all, the car still has that noise. When I went back to the shop and asked Vladimir about it, he said that they would put the original parts back and get me my money back. What kind of answer is that? Does he really think am going to run that risk? Instead of proposing ways to get it fixed, this individual basically fired me. I was not rude at all. BTW, this individual Vladimir, is rude, has no manners, worst person a business can have at the front desk. Go somewhere else where they truly take care of the customer.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have spent clos to 10K to get my old 2008 Land Rover Updated to give to my Daughter so she can drive it and the experience was awful. It was not done when it was supposed to be done, I had a leak in the sunroof that was supposed to be fixed and assured me it was until 2 days ago it rained and the driver side was full of water on the inside. One of the workers wrench was left under the hood by the motor fan that could of fell in and caused more problems. this is just to name a few issues and I'm still looking. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!! Only reason there's one star because that's the only way it would let me post.

Dishonest people. I have a 2011 Audi A6, I had no AC system coolant and took it in for a recharge. I was told that they put the max pounds in but my compressor was going out. So the recharge was $230 and the compressor would be $1400. About 2 weeks later the car was blowing hot again.Thank God I went to Rooster Ridge for a second opinion. They actually checked and put a dye in to see if there were leaks. They told me there was no coolant so based off what German HiTech said that they filled it up I assumed it had a leak. Rooster Ridge filled the coolant, had me come back 3 days later and confirmed NO LEAKS.So to sum it up, German HiTech put just enough coolant in so it would blow cold for a week or two so that I would come back and spend $1400 on a compressor replacement I didnt need! Totally dishonest. Do not trust these guys. Go to Adams or Rooster Ridge.

Brought my car in for a noise in front end of car. Dealt with them for 3 months as they fixed everything BUT the problem. Of all the “men” there, none of them could diagnose the issue.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I used GHT solely because of Vladimir and my many past positive, trustworthy experiences with him. Recently, I called to ask for a rear brake quote and spoke to the manager "T". I was told he would call back with a quote, but never did. I called a second time and was promised a quote from him by the end of the day. Never called back. I called back a third time, finally got a quote while he was on the phone. I booked the appointment. I had to track him down to give him easy business. Wow. Maybe he was off his game...all three times. But....I own a 430. I get to the appointment, but he evidently got parts for a 440. He looked at me looked at me incredulously, unprofessionally suggesting it was my fault. C'mon friend...stay in your lane.I had Vladimir take care of my car. The job was done 100% correctly under his watch, as always happens when dealing with him. When I picked up my car, I was thankful that Vladimir was there.I'm not sure if I'll be returning to this shop. The guy I dealt with was apathetic, and frankly I wouldn't trust my $50,000 automobile to this shop again if THEY trust THEIR business to THIS manager when he's not there. I'm not a whiner; but if I have to fork over 800+ for rear brakes, wouldn't YOU want to trust the open palm?Services: Steering & suspension repair

The evening before my scheduled surgery, parked at a drug store, my Mercedes failed to start, everything frozen. Several people and two tow truck drivers failed to get it started or towed. I had met Brian before so I called and got Tracy, the Service Manager. I explained my dilemma. He was just closing but said he would wait to see if I was successful getting car towed. Things worsened and I was freezing. Tracy said he would not leave me in the dark, he would come and got things sorted out. His concern, knowledge and ability was immediately displayed as he examined my car, spent quite awhile calling to get a tow to come as it was late evening, After hours of standing in the cold I was so impressed with his ability to get things sorted out. I had the surgery and Tracy called me the next day to explain what the problem was and to give me a quote and timeline for completion. Excellent facility.Sandi AServices: Electrical repair

My 2004 Audi TT 3.2 Quattro developed a crank / no-start situation, with an EPC dash warning light (which points to a LOT of possible causes). These guys quickly diagnosed it as a fuel pump issue. The price was exactly what I expected, they did what they said they were going to do, and they kept me informed the whole time. When the work was complete, I picked up the car and it runs better than ever (and no EPC dash light). I couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you for your professionalism, you have a new repeat customer.

I had my car serviced there recently. I scheduled 3 days before repairs. My vehicle took 3 days for a tuneup! I was mislead on the time it would take for repairs. I incurred additional cost in car rentals, because of their dishonestly. The repairs are giving me problems. I will have VW check their work!! Hi , Vladimir make a great job in my car , we have problems in the brakes system including the Abs . Engine mounts, control arms, rear shocks, it was a hard work because my slk230 came from Mexico and a lot of parts are not the same. Good job guys . If I was gonna take my car here now I won’t. Went for an advice on what to do regarding a small issue with my car and the man was super rude, assumed I was gonna sue them, and jumped straight to the conclusion that I was gonna pay them right there and then. They told me there was probably something pretty wrong with my engine without even doing anything to the car at all, went somewhere else where they DID scan it and there was nothing wrong. Pretty obvious they just wanna take your money

My VW Atlas broke down. Needed new alternator. Part was delivered within one hour and installed almost immediately. Transportation was provided while car was repaired. Excellent customer service, very professiona, vey efficient and very friendly personnel. I highly recommend this repair shop.
